One Day at a Time
Yesterday our whole family including myself was sick and could barely keep it together enough to relax on the couch until bed time.
Our topics for today and yesterday are
1) an area we want to improve
2) an area that is doing really well.
There are many areas that I would like to improve: finances, fitness , living area... but I feel like the one that will make the rest easier will be improving on my own fitness. I know that I am a happier person when I can exercise regularly. The last couple of years due to pregnancy and a busy work schedule and then financial issues plus a lack of motivation have kept me from getting the exercise that I need to stay healthy. Most of my clothes don't fit and my body looks and feels different. My biggest need for improvement is to get into an exercise routine that I can stick with that will fit into my schedule and I can keep doing, even through future pregnancies so I don't continue slipping downhill.
An area that is doing well right now is my current jobs. I am not a big fan of either of them, but they are providing our family with a little bit of income as well as providing me with the opportunity and motivation to get back into an exercise routine. Yay I have jobs.
